Je to ve\u013ekou odozvou na m\u00f4j pr\u00edspevok na Facebooku, v\u00a0ktorom som pop\u00edsala pr\u00ed\u010diny multidimenzion\u00e1lnej \u00fanavy, ktor\u00fa prirovn\u00e1vam k\u00a0jetlagu. V\u00a0spom\u00ednanom \u010dl\u00e1nku o\u00a0nezodpovednom zaobch\u00e1dzan\u00ed s\u00a0\u00fanavou som \u201evy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00face multidimenzion\u00e1lne sk\u00fasenostn\u00e9 procesy\u201c op\u00edsala u\u017e v\u00a0roku 2014. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok v\u0161ak vtedy zostal z\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej \u010dasti nepov\u0161imnut\u00fd. \u010co teda tentokr\u00e1t vzbudilo viac pozornosti? Mali by sme by\u0165 v\u0161ak v\u010fa\u010dn\u00ed aj za tak\u00e9to zdanlivo pokojn\u00e9 miesta. A preto ak sa naozaj chcete zotavi\u0165 zo z\u00e1plav nepotrebn\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 te\u010d\u00fa cez v\u00e1s a va\u0161e okolie, mus\u00edte sa presun\u00fa\u0165 na miesto, kde sa to d\u00e1. Ako u\u017e bolo spomenut\u00e9, tak\u00e9 miesto na Zemi u\u017e neexistuje. Ale v duchu je v\u0161etko mo\u017en\u00e9! U\u00a0niektor\u00fdch d\u00f4jde k\u00a0zv\u00fd\u0161eniu tlaku a\u00a0zhor\u0161eniu pr\u00edznakov chronick\u00fdch chor\u00f4b, podobne ako po\u010das v\u00edkendov alebo na dovolenke, ke\u010f odrazu nevieme, \u010do so sebou, podd\u00e1vame sa tlaku z\u00a0o\u010dak\u00e1vania a\u00a0pripravujeme sa na r\u00fdchly oddych, relax\u00e1ciu, \u00fa\u013eavu, rados\u0165 a\u00a0\u0161\u0165astie. Niet divu! Pod\u013ea mojich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed sa vo chv\u00ed\u013each, ke\u010f si telo a\u00a0duch vyd\u00fdchnu, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa hl\u00e1si\u0165 pnutia a\u00a0blok\u00e1dy, na ktor\u00e9 \u010dlovek po\u010das be\u017en\u00e9ho d\u0148a pln\u00e9ho stresu nemal \u010das. Presne tak\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 si \u010dlovek nevedome \u201enavodil\u201c, aby dok\u00e1zal obst\u00e1\u0165 a pre\u017ei\u0165 v\u00a0r\u00fdchlo be\u017eiacom syst\u00e9me. Tak\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 potl\u00e1\u010daj\u00fa na\u0161u nechu\u0165, na\u0161e \u017eelania a\u00a0t\u00fa\u017eby, udr\u017eiavaj\u00fa ich pod pokrievkou. A sotva si kone\u010dne ujasnil niektor\u00e9 veci, pri \u010fal\u0161om kroku znovu hroz\u00ed jeho potopenie sa.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moment! To, \u010do kedysi trvalo cel\u00fd \u017eivot, je dnes len prestupnou stanicou. \u010clovek zost\u00e1va v stanici pod\u013ea toho, ak\u00fd je stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti t\u00e9my a pod\u013ea vlastnej pripravenosti rozpozn\u00e1va\u0165 a op\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u0165. Niekedy zostane len p\u00e4\u0165 min\u00fat alebo p\u00e1r dn\u00ed, inokedy v nej uviazne na nieko\u013eko rokov, aby sa potom ihne\u010f posunul do \u010fal\u0161ej stanice, \u010di\u017ee do \u010fal\u0161ieho \u017eivota. Niet divu, \u017ee niektor\u00ed \u013eudia sa c\u00edtia, akoby v tomto \u017eivote u\u017e pre\u017eili nieko\u013eko \u017eivotov za sebou (alebo jeden cez druh\u00fd). <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\"><em>E\u0161te nikdy predt\u00fdm nebol n\u00e1\u0161 osobn\u00fd syst\u00e9m vystaven\u00fd ni\u010domu porovnate\u013en\u00e9mu.\u00a0 Najprv mus\u00ed zisti\u0165 a otestova\u0165, ako \u010faleko a ako r\u00fdchlo v\u00f4bec m\u00f4\u017ee \u00eds\u0165. Hl\u00fape pritom je, \u017ee ich stav napriek zru\u0161eniu \u010dasto pretrv\u00e1va aj na\u010falej, a\u017e k\u00fdm sa \u201eosudn\u00e9\u201c stretnutie predsa len neuskuto\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mne sa to \u010dasto st\u00e1va pri semin\u00e1roch, ktor\u00e9 mus\u00edm vies\u0165 v starom syst\u00e9me.
