Advice and coaching on HSP – Highly Sensitivity
Empathy * EQ – Emotional Intelligence * Spiritual Intelligence
Highly sensitivity is not an illness
Highly sensitivity is not a disease, but probably the most normal human nature and a sign of expanded consciousness and a wide energy field – a holistic state from which most people have moved so far away that this world is now built on insensitivity. In this world, (high) sensitivity, sensitivity, empathy – empathy is no longer seen as normal – i.e. not as the norm/the usual/the majority, but as a gift that you “only” have to learn to deal with in this hardened and condensed world.
I myself had to learn to walk, do and create anew with my “gifts” in this world. After the apprenticeship years, I was equipped with a kind of conscious, empathic power that allows me to be active in many areas and realities without suffering, despite (or even because of) this. Based on my many years of experience, I would be happy to accompany you on your path to courageously discovering and living your high sensitivity as a kind of healing and communication tool for the coming time of upheaval.
“High sensitivity is neither a disease nor a curse and certainly not something abnormal! It is a job. My job, your job! And it is nature. Mine and yours. As soon as you rediscover your sensitivity, you are in the green zone and can finally take a deep breath. You are back on track and your sensitivity is your locomotive, ensuring that you stay on track from now on. One step off and you feel, in whatever way, whether you are getting sickly, tired, drained, foggy, sore – each in their own way. The first thing you have to do is learn how YOU actually function.”

The lightness
If you compare high sensitivity with a feather (see picture), then you can primarily recognize that it floats through the air with ease with the wind to land slowly and elegantly on the earth without drowning in the troubled waters, but allowing itself to be carried by them. To arrive and blossom personally in this graceful, liberated lightness that is in the flow of life requires transformation and awareness work and possibly healing to finally arrive at oneself.
Highly sensitivity – what do I mean by it?
I understand high sensitivity to mean a high degree of openness, a far-reaching horizon, sensitive antennae that are able to perceive the smallest movements of the “universe” and respond to them appropriately. Highly sensitivity is not a curse. It is a responsibility. It is a gift. It is something that lets you experience and anticipate earlier than many others. It is life’s trust in a more responsible approach to “mysteries” that still remain hidden for many. Sensitives are not victims of the whim of the universe.
You may not yet be able to deal with your high sensitivity very well, but you will learn to do so.
The time is ripe for self-discovery
If the time is ripe for anything today, it is for self-discovery. But don’t overdo it again. Forget the acquired sense of duty and diligence and the idea of hard work. You would only be projecting something from this old world, which has changed, onto yourself again and hurting yourself in the process. You would believe that you have to work hard on yourself to discover and find yourself. This is a fallacy. Everything you are is natural and natural and, above all, easy and uncomplicated. It doesn’t shout at you like a blaring advertisement, from a screen or a picture board; loudly emphasizing the benefits of an expensive product! Your high sensitivity should be clear to you here at the latest: You need it to sense yourself in the noise around you and in the baggage you thought you were carrying. Because …
Because we are the transition generation. Because the transition from one time to another, the one that has never been here before, must be prepared and carried out sensitively, without causing resistance, so that everything can flow smoothly into one another.

Emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence is the personal potential to recognize the feelings and emotions we experience, to allocate them accordingly and to bring them into harmony with ourselves. In other words, the ability to distinguish between “strangers” and “one’s own”. The predominantly negative reports in today’s media landscape, the fears and the destructiveness in the field of mass consciousness act like a dense, almost impenetrable fog on our perception.
High sensitivity and empathy offer the opportunity to recognize subtle nuances in this density, to orientate oneself and ultimately not to identify with it.
“The empath – how confusing and still unexplored are his abilities and emotional worlds. How unrecognized the sensitive, empathetic and empathic person is in today’s culture and how lonely they are likely to feel again and again? An empath, someone from whom you automatically expect compassion – has anyone asked him about his own feelings, about his loneliness?”
From my article “The empath and the play of emotional worlds”
If you didn’t have the ability to “cope” with high sensitivity, you wouldn’t have it!
The goal of life is not to keep you unhappy and oversensitive. The goal of life is to unfold within you. And … you are not alone these days with your high sensitivity and pronounced empathy. There are thousands, if not millions, of people who are in the process of learning how to deal with themselves in this gift. Yes, they are still a little clumsy, they are taking their first steps in places where they were once able to do everything and are now learning to do it (even) more carefully and sensitively.
