New consciousness

Our world is changing. It heals and expands and each of us contributes to this. So nowadays, after a sufficient experience process, we can strip away everything we have absorbed for the purpose of experience and only keep the essence of experience. We then call this essence of experience wisdom and/or consciousness. Through our inner transformation we contribute to a new awareness of being on earth ….

Each of us has a specific path ahead of us due to our own individual “constitution” and this path gradually activates optimal areas of consciousness within us. If we resonate with our path, flow with it, then we are on a path of consciousness and/or in a process of consciousness. Many concepts of consciousness, which I will now explain in more detail, according to my understanding, on the following pages, within the series “New Consciousness”. But first, let’s talk briefly about what I mean by “new consciousness”:

Why New Consciousness?

What is the New Consciousness all about and what could be new (for us) about consciousness in our age?

From my point of view, what is new about it is how and what we understand by consciousness, what space and significance we give it in our lives, experiences and everyday life and what we use it for and how.

If the critical mass and/or even the majority of people were prepared to shed the old way of thinking about consciousness and the old, ignorant way of dealing with it and to rediscover consciousness in a new, updated way, a lot of things in our world would change and would actually get a new touch.

The New Consciousness would therefore be new if we met the consciousness within us and also outside with respect and curious expectation, ready to engage in trusting the consciousness as such, including all the consequences that it entails.

The emergence of the new consciousness

In my view, new human and/or spiritual awareness and thus new human or spiritual consciousness arises primarily through experience. Just because someone imparts their knowledge to us does not mean that we have achieved any awareness or even consciousness of the topic imparted. It remains a foreign knowledge that we may or may not incorporate into our personal “database”. If we have adopted it without looking into it more closely, without questioning it, without forming our own feeling, our own (even if provisional) opinion about it, we have stored a kind of unverified knowledge in ourselves. But what we already have the awareness and knowledge of is that this is how this issue has arisen in our lives. We can therefore deal with this consciously and/or unconsciously.

Basically, it is not important whether we gain more awareness of any particular topic via the conscious or unconscious path. It is important that we deal with the topic on the conscious and/or unconscious path of (self-)experience and, ideally, from different perspectives.

Mental distillation

After a sufficient experience process (how much is sufficient is determined by the soul, the life plan, the subject itself and our consciousness process or consciousness development) we can strip off everything we have absorbed for the purpose of experience in a “distillation process” and only the essence of experience remains. We then call this essence of experience wisdom and/or consciousness.

Today I understand the New Consciousness as a kind of human and/or spiritual consciousness that the human being, the soul, has not yet had through (self-)experience. You could have information, but you didn’t know what this information actually meant and, above all, what it meant for you (!) and how it felt; you had no awareness of it.

New consciousness and mainstream

If the New Consciousness is beginning to be a mainstream term, it is a sign to me that more and more people are willing to embark on the path of new experiences instead of avoiding them in order to expand their own human and/or spiritual consciousness and develop themselves further.

On further pages I explain the following topics:

  • Consciousness process

Basically, everyone is in a process of consciousness, even if many people unconsciously work against this process and try to slow it down for various reasons. More awakened, more conscious, more self-aware people in turn try to consciously force this process, because they have already experienced that every awareness brings them a little closer to personal liberation and thus to themselves, to a healthier, more powerful, more loving, more authentic and wiser existence. From a human perspective, the processes of consciousness that we go through can be distinguished as follows … (read more here ->)

  • Types of consciousness

For me, the subconscious is also something that lies dormant in us, our cells, our energy field, which stores certain distortions, injuries, virus programs, so to speak. You could also call it the “shadowy” or that which makes life difficult for us, even though it doesn’t have to be that way. These are mostly issues that have been postponed (by the soul) into the subconscious until we are ready to deal with them, to heal them, to redeem them and to understand the messages stored in them in such a way that they no longer cause us new blockages or traumas … (about other types of consciousness (read more here ->)

The transformation of consciousness that most people who come to my homepage will probably be interested in is the “higher” transformation of consciousness, which goes more in depth and raises consciousness significantly, opening up new doors and dimensions. This transformation of consciousness requires your own conscious contribution, requires the “work”, the work of consciousness, which I will discuss in the next paragraph. But before that, let’s take a closer look at the transformation process … (read on here ->)

Consciousness work is an essential part of the development of consciousness, the consciousness process and the transformation of consciousness. Consciousness work is, as the name suggests, something that can only be done consciously. Consciousness work is therefore an instrument for people who want to consciously accompany the development of their consciousness, their consciousness process. Sustainably transformative consciousness work is closely linked to feeling work, because transformation (whether physical, spiritual, energetic, mental or emotional) only occurs when a liberated and clarified feeling about a particular topic arises … (read more here ->)
