Following my last post on “Spiritual Menopause” (available only in German), today I’d like to shed light on the highly topical subject of the impact of ancestral energy during these challenging times and explore the deeper meaning behind it.

The Operating System of Our Ancestors
Today, we try to find contemporary answers to the questions of our time, but these inquiries run through a prehistoric operating system based on Stone Age mechanisms. Since this ancient system has only limited capacity for new, complex solutions, it filters through only what fits into its old safety and survival structures. The enormous psycho-energetic pressure that many feel is the result of a balancing act: Higher, more intense frequencies are flooding a system that still operates in the mode of primal fear of predators.
At the same time, we are in a period of transformation. More intense energies and a higher level of consciousness are making their way into the deepest layers of humanity and the Earth. In the process, beliefs that no longer serve us—and the creations based on them—are being brought to the surface, which we often even perceive as an intensification of blockages and density. But only in this way can they be recognized as software errors, corrected, or deleted.

In my view, the psycho-energetic intensity and pressure—which some find almost unbearable—stem from the tension between the intensified higher frequencies and the long-obsolete, prehistoric operating system—the inverted matrix—that is still active in the collective field. (Quote from MaTricks – Die unsichtbaren Drähte der Beeinflussung und Manipulation)
Clearing the Ancestral Field
Why do we still have to deal with ancestral energies over and over again? Because they are so deeply ingrained in us! Because this world is built upon ancestral energies and their beliefs. Because the neural network of the collective consciousness is made up of them. Despite our label as a modern society, the “basic software” and the “operating system” on which it is based are antiquated. We want to build something new, something warm and loving. However, the operating system behind it does not recognize these qualities as we understand and feel them today. (I’ve written more about this in my lead article for the MaTricks series, “MaTricks – The Invisible Threads of Influence and Manipulation.”)
Ancestral energy is also anchored within us, within each and every one of us. And that’s not a bad thing! It has guided us this far—to this here and now, where we long for more love, more lightness, more simplicity, and more togetherness.
That’s what’s so confusing!
Letting Go on a (Consciousness) Hint
We always want to label what has outlived its usefulness as bad so we can let it go more easily. But subconsciously, we sense that the old operating system can’t be bad if it has led us all the way to our longing for our soul, for our true self. Then we think: If it wasn’t bad, we can’t just let it go or replace it, can we?
It’s as if we were trying to use basic arithmetic (since it isn’t bad, after all) to calculate the area of a complex object.
These days and in the days ahead, you may feel strange fears or other emotions welling up inside you. If you’re attentive, you might recognize in them the fears of your mother and/or your grandparents. But it may also be that your own thinking, beliefs, and experiences have already drifted so far from theirs that you sense these “energies”—which feel eerie—but can’t quite make sense of them. They usually surface to say goodbye. If you recognize the themes within them, you can use these insights to answer some of your earlier questions in the coming days. You may realize that something steered you in a certain direction because it, too, was afraid to go in a different direction. You yourself didn’t even know why you went in that direction. You may even have thought it was your intuition, your inner voice.

If it didn’t align with your own inner truth, if it wasn’t your inner voice, these days offer you the opportunity to recognize that and to understand some of your feelings of powerlessness, your grief, and your unhappiness.
Transgenerational Cellular Memory
Remember: The powerlessness, the depression, or whatever else you’re feeling inside these days doesn’t have to be yours! It may simply be that you’re giving form to something your ancestors didn’t want to feel and spent a great deal of energy repressing. Nevertheless, it’s stored in your “transgenerational cellular memory” and is communicating with you. The fact that it’s surfacing means you’re strong enough and have all the resources you need to deal with it and set it free. How you face it and what you make of it is up to you. Don’t forget: There’s potential in everything!
You can read a small personal example of how ancestral energy or transgenerational dramas and shadows still affect me today in my latest article, “MaTricks #4–5: The Legacy of the Cell and the Architecture of Comfort,” which appeared in the Substack “New Consciousness—Uncensored.”
From Code to Heartbeat
So if you’re feeling inexplicable fears, deep grief, or a leaden sense of powerlessness rising within you these days, set aside the cold vocabulary of technology for a moment. Yes, it’s transgenerational cellular memory speaking to you. On the level of the soul, however, it may simply be the unsung song of an ancestor or a tear that a grandfather had to swallow to ensure the family’s bare survival.
These energies are coming into your consciousness because they’re tired. They want to say goodbye. They’re looking for a place where they can finally soften. When you give these feelings space without letting them sweep you away, you whisper to your cells: “You may turn off alarm mode. The primeval jungle is over. We’re safe.” You’re not just fixing software here; on a higher level, you’re giving your ancestors the peace they so desperately longed for, even after the fact. And you know what? Maybe that’s exactly why you came into this family. ;)
Therapy Essence: Liberating the Ancestral Legacy
When your ancestors’ prehistoric “operating system” interferes with your modern daily life and sends out intense psycho-energetic waves, these spiritual anchors can help you:
- Honoring the Foundation: Don’t catch yourself labeling the old system or ancestral energy as “bad.” This survival program was successful—after all, it has carried you exactly to this point, where you can align yourself with your soul’s longing.
- The Intuitive Filter Check: On days filled with strange emotions, check whether you’re following a genuine inner truth or whether your mother’s or grandparents’ fear is steering you in a direction that isn’t your own at all. Not every supposed “intuition” is your own voice.
- Make space instead of pushing it away: The powerlessness or depression you feel is often just the energy your ancestors had to suppress with great effort. By simply letting it be there without judging it, you release the old pressure from your transgenerational cellular memory.
- Trust in your capacity: When the old shadows surface within you, take it as a compliment from your system. It means that you are strong enough in the here and now and possess all the tools to finally release these energies into freedom.
The key question for you:
Which old, prehistoric survival pattern within you can you allow today—with a deep breath—to finally enter its well-deserved retirement?

The novel “Awakening to Humanity—The Experiment” (available only in German) describes in detail how parents, through their fears and paranoia, can contribute to creating an isolated worldview in their children, and how difficult it is for those children to free themselves from it in adulthood. Often, this is only possible with outside help—that is, from outside the world created by the parents.
