Spiritual Menopause – Farewell to the Syndrome of Eternal Inadequacy

Why Self-Conscious Women Over 50 Are the New Pioneers of Collective Change

My last contribution, A Different Kind of Spontaneous Healing (currently only in German ->) regarding Energetic Psychosomatics, was quite a while ago. In it, I wrote about my little toe and the associated psychoenergetics, promising an update in the next article. Well, the message of my little toe is unfolding only slowly, which speaks to deeper interconnections. Thus, I do not have a mind-blowing update for now, except for the fact that the toe is still “throwing a tantrum.” ;)

I originally published this article on the German platform Substack. The content in the category Energetische Psychosomatik serves to expand your horizon and stimulate self-help. They are to be understood as complementary perspectives and never replace a medical diagnosis or therapy by a physician or alternative practitioner. Energetic Psychosomatics© is an invitation to consciously assume responsibility for your own state and to explore new paths of self-knowledge. Spiritual Transition

Instead of the “little toe,” today I am addressing the topic of “spiritual menopause.” Never before (at least within our recorded era) have there been so many women who have dedicated a large part of their lives to spirituality, personal growth, development, healing, and the awakening of a higher or expanded consciousness, and who are currently in the phase of transition or have already passed through it. Thus, a new question arises for us: Where does this “novel” transition actually lead?

There are very few examples of what it is like, after decades of healing work, personal growth, and consciousness cultivation, to move through menopause as a transformed woman, and how and where one finds oneself afterward—or from where and how one is supposed to launch the next phase of one’s life.

Until now, never before have so many women collectively had the opportunity to hold a discussion on what meaningful path their lives should take after menopause.

The inverted matrix / MaTrix, which I have been reporting on for two years in my other German Substack  Neues Bewusstsein – unzensiert (New Consciousness – Uncensored), has been feeding data and information regarding run-of-the-mill menopause into my subconscious for about four years (with varying degrees of success) or activating old records still present within the cells. The exhausting part about this is that it demands extreme vigilance and mindfulness, as well as constant awareness and self-knowledge from me, so as not to fall for these outdated pieces of information, not to believe them, and not to behave accordingly. Every day, I feel the strong psychoenergetic pull of thoughts trying to lace me into a tight system corset, dictating what is proper for an aging woman of my supposed age and what is not, within which “territory” I still have the right to move, where I am still allowed to have a say, and where no longer.

Are You Already in Order, or Still Not?

For months, my Facebook feed has been flooded with various menopause offers for women over 50. Sometimes I have to laugh out loud, because in my case these offers come a bit late—after all, I will soon be 58! But the algorithms seem to have noticed that in this matter, too, I belong to those who take their time. Every time I log in to FB, I am first shown dietary supplements for menopause and corresponding hormones on the screen, followed by belly flatteners, lymphatic drainages, brain fog eliminators, and much more. In a way, it can almost feel insulting when, after all the transformational work, a renewed categorization into a run-of-the-mill box takes place. The body and mind continue to be fed the subtle suggestion, without distinction, that they are not doing their job well, that they are not okay, and that they require more and more “crutches” in the form of various preparations and quite possibly physical or psychological corrections. As if a woman beyond 50 were still not allowed to be herself, to finally relax without guilt—despite all the knowledge acquired with age and experience about herself, her body, and her energy system.

The suggestion of all these remedies, noisily advertised as the ultimate help for the modern woman, carries the very same undertone I myself have been exposed to since perhaps my 12th year of life:

“You are not okay the way you are.”

“You must change something about yourself.”

“You must adapt so that others can handle you and love you.”

“For heaven’s sake, do something with yourself!”

Are You Already Mature Enough to Know for Yourself?

It seems that as spiritually and consciousness-wise matured women, we still have just as far to go to reach the yearned-for relaxation and sense of freedom as we once did, because in the background a new great test, trap, or trial lurks for us (choose whatever fits your own inner feeling) in the sense of:

Will you continue to accept the program of the old matrix, now definitely becoming quiet as it is proper, and obediently line up in the designated row, or will you instead defy the inverted logic with healthy perseverance and finally or continuously (disobediently) walk your own path of “enlightenment,” awakening, liberation, or whatever comes to your mind?

I assume that menopause or transition in the sense of the new consciousness could also mean the final exit from the vicious cycle of eternal inadequacy and from the feeling that as a human/woman one is still not okay as one is. The transition to the longed-for feeling of living with head held high, loving oneself or (re)discovering love for oneself—beyond the role of self-sacrifice—from the position of understanding that everything is right exactly as it is, that you are right as you are, and honoring yourself for the already lived adventure called life.

How Should One Suddenly Have Less on One’s Plate When One Wanted More Whole Life?

Yes, I too imagined the years of my “transition” differently after more than 30 years of working with the (sub)conscious. With less fatigue, fewer weight problems, and less pain than those that run through my whole life anyway. I thought that after so much preventive work on myself, everything would go smoothly. However, that is not the case. And this applies not only to me, but to many other women as well: How should we suddenly have less on our plate when we spent our whole lives focusing on wanting to have more of everything? More money, more love, more freedom, more emancipation, more recognition, more peace, more rest…?

Do you understand this?

Is it already clear to you at this point why the change, or the “transition,” is even necessary at all?

Because we still haven’t switched from one side of interest to the other!

Irrespective of the psychological reasons for classic menopause symptoms, in this day and age it is also necessary to consider what kind of world we live in and what influences we are constantly exposed to, what our environmental conditions are like, what we are already conscious of that we didn’t understand before, and what familial and collective consciousness and shadows we heroically defy every day. And yet we keep going! We don’t hide in the kitchen and we don’t bake cakes every day for our grandchildren. Don’t get me wrong: My grandma’s cakes were wonderful! But today, many of the “pioneers” of the New Era have neither their own children nor grandchildren, and that alone had to be endured, processed, and “stood up to” (whether within the family, society, or personal desire) without bitterness, feelings of victimhood, or the aforementioned inadequacy!

Today, however, we can understand that everything we have learned in recent years about transformation, transition, frequency elevation, and liberation must also be carried beyond the boundaries of transition—in order to use this process to help de-enchant the illusion of inevitable degenerative (female) aging.

Test of Courage 50+

To be honest, it’s yet another test of courage. It’s as if you were once again standing before the barricades that constantly confront you with frightening diagnoses. You might have this or that or the other thing if you’re not energetic enough, if your test results don’t meet the average, if you’ve developed a little belly, if trivial details slip from your memory, if you’re no longer there for everyone the way you used to be, if you don’t get going right away in the morning, and so on.

Do not forget:

You are not alone! It is not a lonely path; we are in it together. Step by step, we fight our way through the new space. Our field of renewal, of the new woman after the change, is steadily expanding. Your path beyond 50 is not definitively outlined—unless you want it to be.

You can reinvent your path and yourself!

You are not just some discontinued model!

You are pure life experience!

You are lived knowledge and lived wisdom, and you are still full of life. How do you want to utilize it, what else do you want to create out of it?

Do not let yourself be unnerved or thrown off balance!

Allow yourself to explore your own path and your personal possibilities!

Trust life and not unnerving, undermining advertising means—regardless of whether they are guaranteed to be of plant origin, organic, alternative, or sold as highly spiritual-energetic. If the feeling arises within you that your system needs support, that is perfectly fine. Apply it, however, from the position of your self-conscious identity and your self-worth, and not out of desperation, not out of a feeling of worthlessness, or the need to adapt again. After all, you know that the effect of one and the same thing is completely different depending on the (even subconscious) intention!

The Unlimited Woman

As I mentioned earlier, never before have so many women experienced menopause or the years of transformation—the “transition” from serving others and self-sacrifice toward self-permission, self-determination, and self-unfolding, and all of this with such an elevated consciousness and such an elevated frequency.

Become aware: It is an incredibly concentrated, renewing force that we are gifting to this civilization and the planet right now!

Naturally, this new “transition process” is connected with corresponding “birth pangs,” “side effects,” and intense, alarming shocks to the old system or the matrix.

Therefore: Every single woman counts! Also as a role model for the next generation—regardless of whether it concerns one’s own or other people’s children and grandchildren. ;) Please support one another. Respectfully share your experiences—not as the one and only true reality, but as your individual insight and your individual path—and inspire each other. <3

Therapy Essence: The Power of Conscious Menopause

When the years of transformation knock on your door and your system responds with fatigue, pain, or apparent deficits, remember that these impulses also invite you to shift your perspective or viewpoint:

The Programming Check: Be vigilant and observe what data the “old matrix” is trying to upload into your system. When it is constantly suggested to you that from a certain age onward you are unimportant or in need of a “repair,” recognize the ancient loop of “You are not okay the way you are” and wake up from this hypnosis!

Symptoms as Birth Pangs: Do not condemn your body for fatigue or pain. Remember everything you have lived through and had to carry on your life’s path, and grant (yourself) sufficient time and rest. Understand also that the transformation you are undergoing in a world full of collective shadows and environmental conditions is not a decay, but the intensive transformational work of a pioneer. You are not a discontinued model; you are pure, lived wisdom.

From Serving to Self-Permission: Use this phase to consciously step out of the role of self-sacrifice. The true “transition” means the shift from living for others toward radical self-love and self-determination, knowing that this is the actual service to the collective and humanity.

Support Without Submissiveness: It is completely fine to seek support for the body and mind. Do this, however, from honest self-worth and not out of desperate fear or the need to conform to a societal norm or the family.

The Core Question for You

At which points do you still allow yourself to be unnerved by the filters of inverted logic*, instead of celebrating with head held high that you are completely right just the way you are?

*The term “inverted logic” was first used in my book series “BewusstseinsCoaching” (Consciousness Coaching), specifically in Volume 2 (Band 2), which itself bears the title “Die verkehrte Logik” (The Inverted Logic).
