As an experienced consultant, coach and consciousness therapist, I support people with their personal challenges and goals. I offer individual counseling, coaching, training and therapy. My approach is based on consciousness work and energetic psychosomatics, which includes body, mind, soul, consciousness and energy system. Special focuses are consciousness development, support with high sensitivity, regressions and soul therapy. I help my clients to achieve a self-confident and fulfilled life through self-knowledge and self-integration.

In my consulting work, I differentiate between consulting, coaching, therapy and training. In principle, I don’t see these areas as separate and they can merge into one another in a session. Nevertheless, each client has their own focus, in which direction or how they would like to be accompanied by me. Remote advice (in writing, by e-mail, chat or video call) is possible in most cases.

You retain personal responsibility at all times. You set the pace and decide when you are ready for which step.
