Why conscious women beyond 50 are not discontinued models, but the new pioneers of collective transition
My last contribution, A Different Kind of Spontaneous Healing regarding Energetic Psychosomatics, was quite a while ago. In it, I wrote about my little toe and the associated psychoenergetics, promising an update in the next article. Well, the message of my little toe is unfolding only slowly, which speaks to its depth. Thus, I do not have an interesting update yet, except that the toe is still “throwing a tantrum.” ;)
This article first appeared on german Substack. The content in the german category Energetische Psychosomatik serves to expand your horizon and stimulate self-help. They are to be understood as complementary perspectives and never replace a medical diagnosis or therapy by a physician or alternative practitioner. Spiritual Menopause, or the Years of Transition
Instead, today I would like to address the topic of “spiritual menopause.” Never before (at least within our recorded era) have there been so many women who have dedicated their lives to spirituality, personal growth, development, healing, and consciousness expansion, and who are currently “transitioning” or have already transitioned. Thus, the question arises: Where to, exactly?
There are hardly any role models for what it is like, after decades of healing work, personal growth, and consciousness cultivation, to move through menopause as a transformed woman, and how and where one arrives or exists afterward.
Never before have so many women collectively explored what can happen after the so-called menopause.
The inverted matrix, which I have been reporting on for two years in my other Substack Neues Bewusstsein – unzensiert (New Consciousness – Uncensored), has been feeding data and information of the run-of-the-mill menopause into my system for about four years (with varying degrees of success). The exhausting part about this is that it requires extreme vigilance, mindfulness, constant awareness, and self-knowledge not to surrender to these incoming data streams and not to behave accordingly. Every day, I feel the pull of thoughts trying to lace me into a tight corset, dictating what I am still allowed to do as an aging woman and what not, what is proper for me and what is not, where my “territory” is, where I still have a say and where I do not, and so on.
Are you already in order, or still not?
For months, my Facebook feed has been flooded with various offers for women over 50. Sometimes I have to laugh, because it is a bit late in my case – I will soon be 58! But the algorithms seem to have noticed that I am a “late bloomer” in this matter as well. Thus, every time I log in, I am first shown menopause supplements and hormone replacement therapies, followed by belly flatteners, lymphatic drainages, brain fog eliminators, and much more. In a way, it could almost feel insulting to be stuffed into a standard standard-box after all the work on oneself. It is suggested to the body and mind that they are not doing their job well and are constantly in need of adjustments, supplements, and corrective measures. As if a woman beyond 50 were still not allowed to contentedly relax – despite all the knowledge she has acquired about herself, her body, and her energy system over the course of her life.
The suggestion of all these remedies advertised as help for the modern woman is the very same one I have been exposed to since the age of 12:
“You are not okay the way you are.”
“You must change something about yourself.”
“You must adapt so that others can handle you and love you.”
…
Already mature enough to know for yourself?
It seems that as a spiritually and consciousness-wise matured woman, one is still far from the yearned-for relaxation, because a new great test, trap, or trial (choose whatever name corresponds to your own feeling) is waiting:
Do you now accept the program of the old matrix, finally keep quiet, and line up obediently again, or do you continue to defy the inverted logic and stubbornly remain on your path of “enlightenment,” consciousness expansion, liberation, or whatever it may be?
I assume that menopause, in the sense of the new consciousness, could also mean finally allowing oneself to step out of the loop of eternal inadequacy and the feeling of “(still) not being okay.” To walk onward with heads held high, to love oneself or to (re)discover love for oneself – beyond the role of self-sacrifice – out of the understanding that one is right exactly as one is, and to honor oneself for the already lived adventure called life.

How can it become less when one wanted more one’s whole life?
Yes, I too imagined menopause differently. With less fatigue, fewer weight issues than those I’ve had my whole life, less pain, etc. I thought that since I had done so much preparatory work, it would go smoothly for me. However, that is not the case. On one hand: How can it become less when one always wanted more throughout life? More money, more love, more freedom, more emancipation, more recognition, more vacation, more rest…? Do you understand why one is supposed to change channels, to “transition”?
But we should also consider what kind of world we live in, what influences we are constantly exposed to, what the environmental conditions are, what we are conscious of now that we didn’t understand before, and what collective consciousness and collective shadow we are subjected to. And yet, we keep going! We don’t hide in the kitchen, baking cakes for our grandchildren every day. Don’t get me wrong: I loved my grandma’s cakes! Often, however, we don’t even have children or grandchildren, and that alone was something we had to cope with!

Instead, we understand that everything we have learned in recent years about transformation, transition, elevation, and liberation must be carried forward beyond menopause in order to de-enchant the illusion of aging.
A test of courage 50+
To be completely honest, it is another test of courage. It is as if one were standing once again before the barricades, constantly confronted with fear-inducing diagnoses. You might have this, that, or the other if you are not vital enough, if your parameters do not match the average, if you have developed a little belly, if trivialities fade from your memory, if you are no longer available for everyone in the same way as before, if your engine does not start immediately in the morning, and so forth.
Do not forget:
You are not alone!
We are many, but we do not know the exact path yet. We are forging ahead one step at a time.
Our field of renewal, of the new woman after the transition, is steadily expanding. Your path beyond 50 is not definitively outlined – unless you wish it to be.
You can reinvent the path and yourself!
You are not a discontinued model!
You are pure experience!
You are lived knowledge and lived wisdom, and you are still very much alive. What do you want to make of it? How do you want to utilize it?
Do not let yourself be unnerved!

Allow yourself to explore your path and your personal possibilities.
Trust life and not unnerving, undermining advertisements – no matter how herbal, organic, alternative, or spiritual-energetic their packaging may be.
If you feel that you need support for your system, that is perfectly fine. But apply it from your self-conscious identity and your self-worth, and not out of desperation, submissiveness, or the need to adapt again. Because then, the effect is an entirely different one!
The Unlimited Woman
As previously stated, never before have so many women experienced and walked through the “menopause” or the years of transition away from serving others and self-sacrifice toward self-permission, self-determination, and self-unfolding in such an elevated consciousness and such an elevated frequency. It is a concentrated, renewing force that we are gifting to this civilization and the planet!

Naturally, this process is connected with “birth pangs” and certain “side effects,” consequences, and responses from the old system. Therefore:
Every single woman counts!
Also as a role model for the next generation – whether it concerns one’s own or other people’s children and grandchildren. ;)
Please support one another. Respectfully share your experiences – not as the one and only true reality, but as your individual insight and your individual path – and inspire each other. <3
Therapy Essence: The Power of Conscious Menopause
When the years of transition knock on your door and your system responds with fatigue, pain, or apparent deficits, these impulses invite you to shift your perspective:
- The Programming Check: Be vigilant and pay attention to what data the “old matrix” wants to feed into your system. When it is constantly suggested to you that from a certain age onward you are incomplete or in need of repair, recognize the ancient loop of “You are not okay the way you are” and wake up from this hypnosis!
- Symptoms as Birth Pangs: Do not condemn your body for fatigue or pain. Remember everything you have lived through and carried, and grant yourself time and rest. Understand also that this transition in a world full of collective shadows and environmental conditions is not a decay, but the intensive transformational work of a pioneer. You are not a discontinued model; you are pure, lived wisdom.
- From Service to Self-Permission: Use this phase to consciously step out of the role of self-sacrifice. The true “transition” means the shift from being there for others toward radical self-love and self-determination, based on the understanding that this is the actual service to the collective and humanity.
- Support Without Submissiveness: It is completely fine to seek support for the body and psyche. Do this, however, from your full self-worth and not out of desperate fear of having to conform to a societal norm.
The Core Question for You
At which points do you still allow yourself to be unnerved by the filters of an inverted logic*, instead of celebrating with heads held high that you are exactly right just the way you are?

*The term “inverted logic” was first used in my book series “BewusstseinsCoaching” (Consciousness Coaching), specifically in Volume 2 (Band 2), which itself bears the title “Die verkehrte Logik” (The Inverted Logic).
